Is Quarantine Exposing Sin in Your Heart?

Dear Church family,

Spending extended time at home with our loves ones is a blessing. However, it can also bring with it challenges as we are living in such close quarters. This is easily compounded by the external pressures of COVID-19. If that is the case, don't be discouraged. The Lord is providing you with an opportunity to see what's in your heart and to repent and be sanctified. His love for you is not dependent on your righteousness but on Christ's righteousness. However, His love for you is also such that He will not let you continue in sin without helping you to see it and overcome it by His grace and for His glory. I'm going to be continuing this thought tomorrow as we consider the fruit of the Spirit that is also being exposed in our hearts during this time.

Yours on behalf of the pastors, John
